This Chianti Classico DOCG is made from grapes grown in vineyards in the Chianti Classico appellation area, the oldest area of Chianti. Fully ripe grapes are picked immediately after harvest. After primary fermentation is completed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for a minimum of 24 months.
COLOR
Intense ruby red tending to garnet.
NOSE
Intense and distinctive, earthy, with red berries and hints of underbrush.
TASTE
Notes of cherry and leather. Soft tannins, good acidity and long finish.
