Odette's 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate boasts gorgeous aromas of ripe cherries alongside hints of vanilla and stone fruit. Full-bodied, it's silky, ripe and generous in the mouth, with a long, mouthwatering finish. Really harmonious and elegant, it's classic Stags Leap District, despite the torrid early September heat.

Shows some punch, with a juicy edge to its core of dark plum, blackberry and açaí berry. Licorice snap and apple wood notes also offer drive through the finish, with the fruit keeping pace (a rarity in this vintage).Tasted three times, with consistent notes.

Winemaker Notes

The 2022 Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Stags Leap District, offers notes of freshly baked cinnamon rolls and blueberry pancakes hot off the griddle. The vintage’s heat is reflected in an aromatic school of Red Swedish Fish with a splash of graphite minerality. On the palate, layers of juicy raspberry, candied walnut, and cola ride fine-grain tannins to a mouth-watering finish of vanilla, toasted oak, and cacao.
